Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering cloud-based tools used by engineering and DevOps teams around the world. As they continue scaling their go-to-market operations across global markets, they are looking to hire a Head of Marketing to lead demand generation, positioning, and brand strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and lead the company’s marketing function across all channels

  • Build and execute the go-to-market strategy to drive qualified pipeline and brand awareness

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on messaging and market positioning

  • Lead a growing team of marketers, as well as external partners (agencies, contractors)

  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, content, paid media, events, and lifecycle marketing

  • Define and report on key marketing metrics including lead generation, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI

  • Oversee development of marketing assets including product messaging, case studies, and technical content

  • Shape the narrative of the brand to resonate with a technical, product-savvy audience



Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head or Lead level)

  • Proven experience in SaaS, dev tools, or adjacent B2B tech industries

  • Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing, with a bias toward demand generation and growth

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
    Comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving environments with evolving go-to-market needs
